Sometimes it can be hard to make the right decision when it comes time to update your store shelving units. There are many different companies you can choose from and how do you know if you’re getting the best shelving units for the best prices?


While we go above and beyond to ensure our customers that when you shop with us, you’re getting only quality gondola shelving units and accessories; we don’t ever want you to just take our word for it.

What were the most important things you had to consider when choosing Handy Store Fixtures? Price? Quality? Service?

It was because of the service from my salesman Steve Rudkin.  I was just starting a new job with this company 26 years ago and Steve was there to help me.  After that it was the pric. I probably would have bought my fixtures elsewhere, but again it was Steve and the service.


What suggestions/advice would you have for someone (retailer) also looking to make the purchases you have made in regards to store fixtures?

If they were dealing with Steve I know they would be in good hands.  Also the turnaround time is really good.  3 to 4 weeks till they get to your door.  Not sure I like that there are no returns.  Also if there are ever any problems with the order, Handy is really good about making things right.


How long have you worked with Steve Rudkin? Please share a few words on the products and services provided by Steve of Handy Store Fixtures.

I have been working with Steve Rudkin for 26 years. A top quality gentleman with wonderful knowledge and a kind hearted man.  Steve is not only my sales rep he is also my friend who has taught me so much about this business. If I would have ever started my own company Steve would have been one of the first persons I would have had on my team.
